Jay Cutler appears to be doing well after settling with estranged wife Kristin Cavillari amid their divorce. The former NFL quarterback, 39, revealed on his podcast Uncut With Jay Cutler last week that he hosted a bash to celebrate that his divorce settlement was finalized.
“When the settlement came through, I threw a party,” he said on his podcast’s June 1st episode. He continued, “I don’t recommend divorce for anybody. I’m just gonna go ahead and say that, but, um, it worked out. It worked out for Kristin. It worked out for me, so it is what it is.”

Cutler’s guest Clay Travis joked, “I would guarantee that you are the first quarterback to get divorced and make money in the NFL off the divorce. Has anyone told you that before?” Cutler then burst into laughter and replied, “I don’t know what I can say, first of all. I don’t know if I made money.” He added, “Yes, it’s very funny.”
So… does Cavallari think this is humorous as well? Soon after Cutler’s episode, TMZ caught up with the Laguna Beach icon at LAX in Los Angeles. When asked for her thoughts on Cutler’s party, she coyly replied, “I’ve been partying for two years straight.”

The former couple split up in April of 2020 and share 3 children together: Camden, 9, Jaxon, 8, and Saylor, 6. The Chicago Bears alum and fashion entrepreneur initially tied the knot in 2013 after getting engaged in 2011.
Ever since Cutler and Cavallari called it quits, they have both moved on with other reality stars, country musicians, etc. The athlete has been linked to Southern Charm’s Madison LeCroy and Jana Kramer and The Hills alum has been seen with comedian Jeff Dye and country singer Chase Rice.
