When the above segment of the show was posted on the official Today with Hoda and Jenna Instagram account, Today fans instantly called out Jenna, and sometimes also Hoda, for interrupting and talking over the Brother vs. Brother stars! "Please stop talking over each other," one fan begged, while another urged Jenna to "stop because it is rude and you're going to lose your ratings." "Let your guests talk! Geeez," pleaded another. "Why even have guests on the show if you’re going to talk over/interrupt them?" someone else asked.

"This is the [expletive] interview techniques that cause me to NOT watch Hoda and Jenna," another fan began, adding, "Can we please stop this technique it’s so annoying! They get a guest on there or they show products and they race through them so fast you can’t even understand it or watch it, just please take your time with people and quit having to constantly talk over and around and above and under your guests!"

"Talking over each other as these 2 do is so annoying. This segment of the Today show has gone downhill. I have watched for a long time but now have no interest. Jenna is too competitive, she is over the top," criticized another fan. "Ask a question and then don’t let them answer by always talking over them!" exclaimed another, adding, "So over it already!"
