Jenna Dewan Flashed *Major* Abs On The Cover Of ‘Women’s Health’—Her Body Looks Amazing!

We love a celeb photoshoot, and, lately, there have been so many showstoppers—from Ariana Grande promoting her latest makeup line to Bella Hadid in a crystal bra.  Because Jenna Dewan started her career as a dancer, it’s not surprising that the brunette beauty is super fit. Best known for her role alongside ex-husband, Channing Tatum in Step Up, Jenna also did some stepping up again recently. The mom-of-two recently graced the cover of Women’s Health and when we saw her abs, we were seriously in awe of how amazing her body looks!

Jenna took to Instagram on October 7th to share her gorgeous cover shoot for the magazine with her 6.9m followers. She captioned her post: “Thank you @womenshealthaus! Honored to be your cover girl! Swipe for proof that i have the most fun on a photoshoot.. especially while in the middle of a canyon, doing my own makeup, changing in the grass and dancing on mountains” and got over 735k likes with fans going wild over Jenna’s ultra fit and sexy snaps.

Even fellow celebs including Nikki Reed filled the comments section with fire emojis. It’s almost impossible to believe she’s 40!

Thankfully—since we all want to know— Jenna opened up to Women’s Health about her fitness approach and how it has evolved over the years. She shared: “In my 20s, I was a professional dancer, and getting into acting… then I had Evie [her daughter with ex-husband Channing Tatum] when I was 31. I wouldn’t say I was less active, but it was less dance classes, more exercise classes and hiking. I was wild about working out throughout the whole pregnancy.”

But these days, Jenna has a different approach. She explained, “Now I’m sort of catching up and in my 40s, the focus is muscle training with Pilates, plus hiking with friends. I’ve turned my garage into a gym. I do a lot of workouts off the Mirror [an interactive smart gym with real-time feedback] and I have a Soul Cycle bike. I also do regular privates over Zoom with my Pilates instructor.” We appreciate that Jenna was open about all of the hard work she puts in to looking this good. Now, we need to get to work on our own abs.
