Jenna Dewan may have just welcomed a new baby with fiancé Steve Kazee, but you’d never know it to look at her body!

The 39-year-old actress and dancer just shared a super cute video on Instagram along with Everly (7), the daughter she shares with ex Channing Tatum. In the video, she and her mini-me are doing handstands against the wall, but we’re more impressed by Jenna’s toned abs than her technique!

It looks like Jenna is officially going stir-crazy amid the pandemic because she wrote on her post, "We've reached the handstand portion of quarantine." But even cooped up at home, Jenna hasn't sacrificed her chic sense of style. The Step Up star is stunning in cute black leggings and a matching sports bra!

And she might be upside down, but still we're wowed by her stomach muscles. "Didn't you just have a baby ??? Omg you look amazing," one fan commented on the post. Seriously, what is Jenna's secret to staying in such tip-top shape?

It probably has something to do with the fact that the actress is an amazing dancer. She regularly schedules in 45-minute dance workout sessions with her trainer -- and even occasionally combines dance and strength training by dancing an entire routine in squat position. Now that's commitment!

Jenna also told Well+Good that she likes to sculpt her core by practicing Pilates. "It's really strengthened and toned my body in a way that makes me feel stronger than when I was dancing for ten hours a day," she explained, adding that she likes cardio yoga.

 

Now that we know her workout secrets, the only thing we're left wondering is: who won the handstand competition, Jenna or Everly?!
