Jennifer Aniston's Trainer Reveals Some Of Her 'Hard' Workouts

Dani Coleman, head trainer at Pvolve (a low-impact fitness method that focuses on "stability, mobility and strength in your entire body," according to Coleman) works with the Murder Mystery 2 actress a "handful of times throughout the week" for about an hour, according to Page Six. And it seems like hard work and consistency is the key to their success!

"Jen is really consistent in her workouts," Coleman exclusively told the pub, adding: "[During] my time with her, she wants a hard, challenging workout." The ageless actress reportedly loves the full-body sculpt and burn strength sessions as they specifically target the inner thighs, glutes and core, while simultaneously sculpting the upper body. It looks like it's working because Jennifer looks better than ever!

Coleman also revealed that she and Aniston "do a lot of core work," including "planks," adding: "We focus really on that total 360 core strength, again, to keep your body upright and moving long term. [There are] some cardiovascular pushes in between and some light plyometric work."

Jennifer Aniston Is A Fan Of Progressive Weight Training

Aniston is reportedly also a fan of progressive weight training, with the heavier weights being used to work both the upper and lower body. Again – it looks like it's working, so we're listening intently! "The formats in our workouts are kind of a hybrid of all of our signature formats, between strength and sculpt, sculpt and burn and progressive weight training," Coleman explained.

"Then we do a little weight lifting, as well, to help her build muscle mass and bone density, and with really a focus on longevity in her body," Coleman continued, before praising Aniston for always being willing to try new things. "I think that's one of the best things, and most fulfilling things as a trainer," Coleman said, adding: "She's so hard-working and kind of just trusts me at this point to put her through the ropes appropriately."

More Info On Jennifer Aniston's Age-Defying Workout Routine And Diet

According to an insider who sat down with Life & Style earlier this month, the Just Go with It actress has started to work out like a professional athlete in order to maintain her insane figure and get into the best shape of her life. And once again, building muscle seems to be key here!

"Instead of just accepting the whole aging process, she wants to fight back hard and the best way to do that is by packing on muscle," the source explained. Aniston enjoys diversifying her exercise routine with activities such as hiking, walking, and yoga. When it comes to her diet, she focuses on protein and vegetables for her primary meals but allows herself indulgent cheat days on weekends.

The tipster went on, telling the outlet that Aniston is often "up at 3 a.m. to do her first workout of the day, then she'll have a big breakfast and go back to bed for a few hours before her next workout." They continued: "She's doing 1,000 crunches every day, weight training five days a week, cardio, yoga and Pilates. She's obsessed!"

Jennifer Aniston Previously Explained That Her Workouts Vary Depending On Her Work Schedule

In another interview with Women's Health back in February, Aniston dished that her workouts "vary from week to week, depending on a work schedule." The We're the Millers star added: "Ideally, I would love four workout days a week, and then a day where it's more of a major walk or hike," she told the publication.

"I can do 20 minutes and get as good of a workout as if I work for an entire hour. We think we have to work out for the solid hour and that can be a bit intimidating. You really can get an efficient workout with just a good 20 minutes if that's all the time you have, even 10 minutes of doing something that gets your body moving. I just find comfort in that," the LolaVie mogul shared.

What Does Jennifer Aniston Eat To Maintain Her Toned Physique At 55?

As for her diet, it emphasizes balance, offering a satisfying variety without feeling overly restrictive. Aniston explained to Women's Health that along with her morning cup of coffee, she starts "off with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed in water, room temperature water, which is fantastic for my gut. I'll usually have lunch around one or two, and it's usually some form of vegetables and a protein."

When she needs an energy boost, she doesn't shy away from snacks. Her go-to picks often include an apple with almond butter or a satisfying handful of popcorn. Around dinnertime, she tends to stick with a meal akin to her lunch choice, "Dinner is just same thing, vegetables and protein, in some form that's interesting and delicious."

On weekends, she typically indulges in her savory cravings, often opting for pizzas and burgers. "I'll allow myself pizza or a burger or pasta or something extra special," she revealed. The more you know!
