Jennifer Aniston just debuted a chic, shorter new hairstyle in a recent Instagram post while promoting her haircare brand LolaVie‘s new sculpting paste.
In the video uploaded for her 45 million followers, Aniston, 55, expertly demonstrates how to apply the product for a voluminous and natural-looking effect, filmed in a tastefully appointed bathroom.
Fans eagerly commented beneath the post, with several comparing the newer collarbone-grazing lob to Aniston’s iconic ‘Rachel’ cut from her portrayal of Rachel Green on the beloved sitcom, Friends.

The Murder Mystery 2 actress shared the video on April 30th and wrote in her caption: “@lolavie has a new addition to the fam and I’m so excited about this one! It’s taken over a year to get it just right and ALL my friends have used every one of my samples for the past year and are LOVING it. I hope you do too!! With love introducing…. The Sculpting Paste!”
In the clip, Aniston can be seen wearing a fitted, white, long-sleeved knit top with dark denim and shiny gold hoop earrings. She adds her brand’s new sculpting paste to a counter with other products from her line, such as its detangler, leave-in conditioner, shampoo and more.
Fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts. "Love the haircut," one wrote regarding Aniston's new 'do as another commented: "Rachel Green vibes."
Someone else chimed in: "Yes ma'am you look amazing" as one other fan replied: "Miss Aniston with short hair is the moment."

A few weeks later, Aniston paid tribute to one of her most famous characters with another post composed of eight screenshots from the Friends set that focused on Rachel Green's cutest hair clip moments.
"The clips that caused a million trends. Shout out to Rachel Green and her iconic hair accessories," the post caption read.
Aniston previously sparked comparisons to her aforementioned character after her 2024 Golden Globe Awards red carpet appearance (above and below) back in January.
For her night out in Los Angeles, Aniston wore her elegant dirty blonde locks down, and she debuted a slightly shorter cut than usual. The face-framing, layered ‘do at the time was shoulder-length (now it's even shorter) and immediately brought to mind Rachel Green.
"It is very Rachel," one fan tweeted soon after Aniston's Golden Globes night along with a pic of her tresses from the award ceremony as another added that she is "always the best dressed" when she hits a red carpet. Another deemed the updated 'do to be "lovely and tasteful" as someone else added that it looked "effortless."
