Appearing on an episode of the "Smartless" podcast, which is hosted by fellow actors Jason Bateman, Will Arnett, and Sean Hayes, Aniston told them exactly how she was feeling about her career before her AppleTV hit.
She admitted that she had considered retirement, explaining, "I would have to say the last two years that has crossed my mind, which it never did before."
The 51-year-old continued, "It was after a job I had completed and I was like, 'Whoa, that sucked the life out of me, and I don’t know if this is what interests me.'"
However, it seems that Aniston has a renewed love for acting after her latest role.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Aniston described The Morning Show as a "cathartic" experience.
She continued, "That show was 20 years of therapy wrapped into 10 episodes. There were times when I would read a scene and feel like a whole manhole cover was taken off my back."
Well, we're definitely relieved that she won't be exiting our screens anytime soon!
