Jennifer Aniston Flaunts Her 'Strongest Self Yet' In Curve-Hugging Bodysuit For New Pvolve Campaign
On October 15th, Pvolve shared the new campaign pic of the Murder Mystery 2 star to Instagram with the caption: "Strength you’ve never seen before, until now. Experience the method that has evolved Jen into her strongest self yet: cut, confident, crushing it." Fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts.
"Jenn looks amazing and I am so happy for everyone at Pvolve too," one wrote. Another added: "I'm so delighted and inspired by her with this new phase of Jen with Pvolve, this is all so fantastic." Someone else chimed in: "She's literally gorgeous awww" as an additional user noted: "Amazing and beautiful I just love her."
For her own 44.8 million Instagram followers, Aniston shared a behind-the-scenes video of the shoot. The above clip gave fans an inside look at her intense workouts, showcasing the specialized equipment she uses to achieve her toned physique, and features cute workout outfits like comfy sports bras and breathable leggings.
This also isn't the first time that the Emmy winner has posed with Pvolve’s low-impact functional fitness equipment, engaging in resistance training exercises.
During a recent interview with Prevention, Aniston divulged details of her personal exercise regimen. "I think I used to think ‘I have to work out every day,’" the Just Go with It actress said.
"I think it’s good to do something every single day, even if it’s just stretching, moving your body in some form, taking a walk, but a really good workout? Three to five times a week for me," Aniston continued. In addition, she provided counsel to fans who aspire to commence a fitness regimen, but encounter difficulty in maintaining their motivation.
"If you’re struggling, if you find it hard, you can do anything for five minutes. Once you just get over that first hurdle of ‘I don’t want to’ it all kind of falls into place," Aniston advised. The LolaVie mogul went on: "I’m not a fitness guru. But that’s how I do it, if I’m really feeling unmotivated, say, ‘Just move at least for five minutes’ and then see where you could go."
