Garner shared the 25 minute breath work video to her Instagram feed, stressing the importance of mindfulness and meditation in today’s world. Dr. Roberts expressed to Garner the need for healing and yoga before guiding the soothing meditation which fans took to the comments to share their praise of.

Garner is set to star in the upcoming Netflix project Yes Day as well as the new comedy Family Leave which follows a family dealing with a Freaky Friday-esque plot, but each member has swapped. She also has another Netflix project lined up, titled The Adam Project which is set to star Ryan Reynolds. No wonder she needs to meditate, she’s a busy woman!
Even with a hectic schedule and three kids, Garner is able to maintain a flawless complexion without makeup. She also recently shared her weight loss tips to Oprah, citing, “I always move my body and that is for me, that’s for my brain, my happiness, I know that you’re one step away from a good mood. And so no matter what, one way or another, I move. And for me, that’s often like dance cardio.” Now we just need her skincare routine!
