No one rocks a red carpet quite like Jennifer Lawrence. The Oscar-winning actress has worn everything from elegant gowns to sexy jumpsuits. But, it was the sheer dress that she wore to the Elle Women in Hollywood event that really takes the cake. Trust us, you've got to see it for yourself!

Lawrence wore a gorgeous floor-length pleated gown designed by Dior to the event, which honored the powerful women in Hollywood that made a significant impact this year. She put a sexy spin on the classic style with printed mesh cutouts and we're OBSESSED with it.
"Our longstanding and celebrated muse Jennifer Lawrence made a powerful statement at the ELLE 24th Annual Women in Hollywood awards wearing a black pleated silk gown from the Dior Spring-Summer 2018 collection by #MariaGraziaChiuri," the official Dior Instagram account wrote.

Not only did J.Law have a serious red carpet moment, but she also opened up about being a victim of sexual assault in Hollywood. She shared her story at the event while accepting the magazine's cover honor. She said that producers had asked her to lose 15 pounds in two weeks and to pose in a nude line-up, which she called "degrading and humiliating."
"I asked to speak to a producer about the unrealistic diet regime and he responded by telling me he didn't know why everyone thought I was so fat, he thought I was perfectly 'f*ckable," she said, according to USA Today.
"I was trapped, and I can see that now. I didn’t want to be a whistleblower, I didn’t want these embarrassing stories talked about in a magazine, I just wanted a career," she continued. "In a dream world, everyone is treated with the same amount of respect. But until we reach that goal, I will lend my ear, I will lend my voice to any boy, girl, man or woman who does not feel like they can protect themselves."
