Jennifer Lopez really wants to prove that there is no trouble paradise following that now infamous, viral moment between her and husband Ben Affleck at the Grammys earlier this month, as she has just gotten a new tattoo in his honor! Wow!
Jennifer Lopez Wears Short Cropped T-Shirt To Show Off New Tattoo
Not only has the 53-year-old Shotgun Wedding actress got brand new ink, which she said was dedicated to the 50-year-old Gone Girl actor, but she was *so* keen to show it off on Instagram, by posing in a super-short white crop top that made the new tattoo impossible to miss! Usually it’s her rock hard abs that command all of the attention when she wears barely-there tops, but on this occasion, they had to share the spotlight with her new tattoo!
On February 15th, she shared a carousel of images with her 235M Instagram followers, with the caption, "Commitment," followed by the infinity sign. "Happy Valentine’s Day my love," she added, followed by a white heart emoji, before telling fans to "Look for more deets on VDay coming #OnTheJLo soon."
The first picture shows the "Pa Ti" singer taking a mirror selfie of her new tattoo, which appears to be an infinity symbol with their names on with an arrow going through it, while the second is a picture of the actor posing with his eyes closed. The third appears to be a close-up of a tattoo the Deep Water actor has, which is of two arrows pointing downwards with a 'J' on the top in the middle, and a 'B' on the bottom in the middle. The rest of the pictures in the ten-image carousel are romantic pictures of the married couple, and we are obsessed with them all!
Mixed Fan Reactions
The "On The Floor" hitmaker's fans previously called her out for posting a gushy Instagram video from the Grammys the day after the awards ceremony, suggesting that the "damage control" post did more harm than good and did the opposite of what she wanted it to do - i.e., proving that all was good with their marriage. And it looks like the latest Insta-carousel has had the same reaction from cynical fans!
"First lesson: don't you ever tattoo your partner's name," one fan commented. "Beautiful but acting like teenagers. You don't have to prove anything, you both have kids to be good role models. Guys act like your age," wrote another, while another thought the ink was in "poor taste," and another said that getting tattoos with significant others is the "Biggest mistake people make." Yikes!
Other fans, however, were obsessed with the tattoos and the couple as a whole, with one writing, "No stop I’m crying these are the cutest pics ever," followed by two crying emojis, and another adding, "I’m happy for y’all, screw what everyone else has to say. I’m totally down!" Another fan said that Bennifer were "goals," while someone else said that they were a "real love story."
