Two weeks ago, Affleck stepped out to grab some dinner with his 18-year-old daughter Violet, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner. Photographed on his way to Tasty Noodle, he was wearing a black-and-white flannel over a white t-shirt and a pair of simple blue jeans. But what he wasn't wearing is what caught fans' eyes. The Oscar-winner was notably missing his wedding ring—perhaps he wasn't wearing it while his wife is oceans away?

While the filmmaker stayed back in Los Angeles, Jennifer Lopez took herself on a solo vacation in Europe. She's been spotted at fashion shows in Paris, out to dinner with friends, and enjoying a boat ride in Italy. While it looks like she's having a blast, again, one thing is notably missing—her husband.

"Jen loves vacationing in Europe during the summer," an insider told People. "That's never really been Ben's scene, even when him and Jen weren't having any issues. Jen isn't letting the fact that Ben's not there bring her down." What do they have in common?

Jen & Ben Are Headed For Divorce

Of course, not vacationing together, not living together, and selling their shared home after just one year of marriage doesn't ensure divorce, but coupled with reports close to the couple of "strain" in their marriage, it seems almost certain. "Ben and Jen don't want to get divorced," one source said. "They are saying they won't, but their relationship is simply not working at this point. They aren't done yet and want to fix things because they love each other, but they are also both unhappy."

Another source told People in May that their marriage "is not in the best place at the moment," and neither of them appear to be doing anything to curb the rumors, especially now that both of them have publicly showed off wedding ring-less fingers.
