JLo obviously looks incredible bare-faced, but it's definitely a stark contrast to the high-glam looks we're used to seeing from the star.
She captioned the video, "We’re fresh-faced for 2021... It’s been years in the making and it’s finally here. We’ve spent hundreds of rounds of testing products and formulations ... all to make sure we created the perfect products for YOU to get THAT GLOW!!!"
In the video, Lopez uses her own line of beauty products. She washes off her makeup with That Hit Single Gel Cream Cleanser and follows it with the Star Power Duo (which includes That JLo Glow Serum and That Blockbuster Wonder Cream).
She also touts the benefits of That Big Screen SPF 30 Moisturizer, another JLo Beauty product.
Although achieving JLo's level of perfect skin might seem too good to be true, the @JLoBeauty Instagram account included some statistics that doesn't make the prospect seem too far out of reach.
They captioned the video with the results of 8-week clinical study of using the Star Power Duo: "100% saw tighter, more sculpted-looking skin; 100% saw smoother-looking skin; 97% saw and felt firmer skin; 97% saw fewer visible fine lines."
However, some accounts were not convinced. One skeptic wrote, "Let’s all remember that she has access to lasers, facials, estheticians. This is not simply skincare."
