Keeping the caramel highlights she’s been rocking for the last several months, Lopez looked radiant throughout the photoshoot with her new cut perfectly accentuating her sharp jawline and flawless features. The actress has been busy promoting her new film Marry Me with Owen Wilson which was released earlier this month, and the stunning chop drew an onslaught of compliments from fans.
Singer Rita Ora commented, “Definitely my icon,” with a heart emoji, while a fan exclaimed, “U JUST GAVE ME A HEART ATTACK OMGGG STOOOP.” Lopez’s longtime hair stylist, Chris Appleton also shared the cover photo to his account, writing, “New look for @jlo on the cover of @rollingstone mag So what do you guys think to the short hair?”

The bold chop stays true to Lopez’s character in Marry Me, Kat Valdez, who also rocks a blunt bob throughout the film after she is publicly cheated on by her fiancé, Bastian, played by singer Maluma. Lopez’s character then accepts an accidental proposal from Owen Wilson’s school teacher character instead.
While it seems that Lopez has returned to her classic long, wavy locks in real life, the sharp and angular cut is sure to serve as inspiration for many in the coming months, as more and more celebs opt for the blunt bob as the cut of 2022. We’ve certainly been influenced!
