It’s no secret that Jennifer Lopez boasts a sculpted, toned and healthy physique. The Atlas actress, 54, often gives fans a glimpse into her intense workouts and athletic pursuits on social media.
Surprisingly, as Lopez revealed in an interview with People Magazine, she doesn’t have to sacrifice her favorite foods and drinks to stay in such impressive shape. “I don’t deprive myself,” she dished to the outlet.

The Hustlers alum went on: "But I’ve learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle." The mom of two also opened up about her favorite balanced breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and desserts.
To start off her day, the Marry Me star usually opts for a "BodyLab TastyShake Berry Berry Good smoothie" with the following ingredients: 1 scoop of BodyLab TastyShake, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, honey, fresh lemon juice and ice cubes.
For lunch, Lopez shared that she prefers a "kale salad with queso" containing 1 bunch of kale with the large stems removed and leaves finely chopped, toasted pumpkin seeds, crumbled queso, fresh lemon juice, extra-virgin olive oil and a large shallot, minced with sea salt to taste.
Whenever hunger strikes between meals, Lopez frequently opts for a "medium-sized apple" as her go-to snack. "I always have healthy snacks like fruit and vegetables with me," she also revealed. For her third and final meal of the day, the "On the Floor" hitmaker noted that she usually eats one "boneless, skinless grilled chicken breast with sautéed brussels sprouts and baked yams with sea salt." When it comes to her preferred dessert, Lopez delights in savoring a chocolate chip cookie.

Back in March, Lopez teamed up with Aim’n Sportswear, delighting fans with a video of her sporting a stylish pink workout ensemble while breaking a sweat.
Armed with just a mat and a few dumbbells, she showcased eight exercises designed to tone the arms, legs, and core, offering a comprehensive full-body workout routine.

Although the post didn't specify the number of repetitions or sets for each exercise, fitness expert Stephanie Mansour shared with TODAY: "This is a great full-body workout set up like a circuit. I’d recommend doing 10 reps of each exercise (starting with 10 world’s greatest stretches, so five to each side!) and then repeating the circuit for a total of 3 times."

One of Lopez's personal trainers, Dodd Romero, previously said to Oprah Daily: “She trains for roughly an hour, four to five times a week, focusing on different body parts each time.”
Another one of Lopez's trainers, David Kirch, has posted videos of the star performing core-strengthening exercises such as medicine ball sit-ups, along with platypus walks to enhance her famous glutes.
In 2016, Lopez revealed to HELLO! that dancing is one of her favorite forms of exercise, aiding her in keeping her toned body. She said at the time: "Dance has always been a huge part of my life, and taking the time to move my body and do something that’s so good for me is key to my happiness."
