J.Lo is a fan of sharing Instagram stories of herself working out—and we don’t blame her! Her amazingly fit and toned figure is some serious motivation and inspiration to get moving and sweat it out.

We do wonder though, if J.Lo’s sports bras will start getting so small that they barely do their job of providing support!
