Back in 2019, he was photographed holding hands and putting his hand on the knee of his Palmer costar Alisha Wainwright, leading to a scandal that elicited a public apology from the former *NSYNC star himself. Somehow, he and Jessica moved past that incident, but things haven't been smooth sailing since then.
In that time, Britney Spears' memoir came out and revealed that when they were together, he pressured her into getting an abortion, claiming he wasn't ready to be a father. After that, things calmed down for a little while, but soon enough Justin Timberlake was back in the headlines, this time with a mugshot attached.
The 43-year-old was arrested in June for driving while under the influence, and his mugshot went viral after the police officer who arrested him not only didn’t recognize him as an A-list celebrity, but also reported that Timberlake muttered under his breath, “this is going to ruin the tour.” The singer also insisted that he only "had one martini," according to the police report, but was also "glassy-eyed," reeked of alcohol, and "performed poorly" on field sobriety tests.
Jessica Biel Is Not Giving Up - But She's Close To It
Despite all of this, Jessica Biel still holds strong to her marriage vows. "She keeps turning the other way when it comes to Justin's behavior," a source said to InTouch. "But it's getting harder and harder. Still, she refuses to leave him and give up on their family." The pair share two sons together, Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4.
