The match follows revelations that a New York hotel, where Biel's husband Timberlake stayed before his DWI arrest, is set to disclose crucial information. During an August 23rd court hearing, Suffolk County prosecutors confirmed they had subpoenaed The American Hotel. The "Suit & Tie" crooner claimed to have only had "one martini" when he was stopped in the early hours of June 18th.  

Justin Timberlake's DWI Scandal Is Ongoing

This court-ordered information could prove critical for the prosecution since Timberlake declined a breath test during his arrest, which would have measured his blood alcohol content, as reported by The Daily Mail. The outlet also mentioned that Timberlake's lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., previously asserted that the "Cry Me A River" singer was not intoxicated at the time of his arrest.

Currently on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour, Timberlake was absent from the hearing, held a week after his virtual court appearance. During that session, his driving privileges were suspended for a year under state regulations due to his refusal to take a breath test at the police station following his arrest, according to Judge Irace.  

As for Biel, she "keeps turning the other way when it comes to Justin's behavior," a source recently said to InTouch. The tipster added: "But it's getting harder and harder. Still, she refuses to leave him and give up on their family."

They continued, remarking that the DWI arrest nearly pushed things to the breaking point. "The incident put a huge strain on the marriage," another source told Life & Style. Consequently, Biel allegedly established a set of guidelines that her husband is expected to adhere to. "She has a list of rules," the insider claimed.
