Justin Timberlake has been facing a lot of criticism following the release of Britney Spears‘ bombshell autobiography The Woman in Me, where she alleged that he had convinced her to terminate her secret pregnancy as he wasn’t ready to be a father at the time. And it seems like the fallout from the memoir may be taking its toll on his marriage with Jessica Biel, too.
According to reports, the 43-year-old “SexyBack” singer and the 41-year-old Candy actress, who got married in 2012 and share sons Silas, 8, and Phineas, 3, are going through a “rough patch” right now, with an insider reportedly telling Life & Style that there are “rumors swirling” that Jessica and Justin are “headed for a split.”

If we are to believe the insider, the Friends with Benefits actor and the seemingly ageless Blade: Trinity actress have been seeking help to try and save their marriage, but it doesn't appear to be working as well as they had hoped.
"Though they do love each other, all of the couples therapy they've undergone simply isn't fixing some of their underlying issues," the insider dished, before saying they are currently in a "wait-and-see" kind of situation. "Nobody wants a divorce. Justin and Jessica have two great kids, and they'd love to make it work — it just may be too late," they added.
It *may* be too late, as there are several signs that are pointing to them heading towards divorce, including the rumors that they put three properties that they bought together in Tennessee, California and New York up for sale. Does this suggest they are putting their finances in order to prepare for a possible marriage settlement?
Justin Timberlake Cheating Rumors
The fallout from Britney's memoir seems to be the latest in a long line of problems for the couple, who have been plagued with cheating rumors throughout their relationship.
"Britney's book revelations brought up more of Jessica's trust issues," the insider added. Although they tried to put on a united front at a Trolls Band Together screening in November 2023, shortly after the memoir had been released, friends and fans didn't seem to be buying it. The insider shared: "Everyone thought it was super calculated. The truth is, Jessica is tired of trying to get past things with Justin."
The "Cry Me a River" singer has been accused of cheating on Jessica with Olivia Munn in 2010, which caused them to briefly split up before eventually going on to reconcile and get married. Nine years later, he was pictured getting cozy with Palmer co-star Alisha Wainwright in New Orleans, although her rep reportedly denied the allegations and told Us Weekly at the time that there was "no validity to this speculation."
