During a recent appearance on The View, Jessica Biel shared insights into the ongoing evolution of her marriage with Justin Timberlake, describing it as a “work in progress.”
In a heartfelt discussion with host Sara Haines last month, the Candy actress, 42, detailed how she and “Selfish” crooner, 43, manage their demanding careers while raising their two sons.
Biel stressed that despite their busy schedules, they consciously carve out quality time for each other, even when the “Mirrors” hitmaker is on tour. This revelation came just weeks before Timberlake’s widely publicized DWI arrest on June 18th in Sag Harbor, New York.

The Emmy-nominated actress and "Suit & Tie" singer share two children; Silas, 9, and Phineas, 4. "It’s always a work in progress," Biel said during her talk show appearance. The 7th Heaven alum added: "It’s constantly trying to find the balance, trying to find the time to connect. Thank goodness for Zoom and FaceTime."
Acknowledging the invaluable role technology plays during her family's travels, Biel also stressed the significance of cherishing quality time with her husband in their marriage. "Just finding we can connect and see each other in person," Biel went on. "Get him with the kids. We’ve never done this before with two [kids]."

With her children in tow, Biel shared a light-hearted jest about the chaotic nature of accompanying Timberlake on his current international tour, Forget Tomorrow World Tour. Timberlake's latest string of concerts kicked off after the launch of his latest album, Everything I Thought I Was, in March. "I’m already exhausted, and there’s been four shows," Biel said regarding Timberlake's ongoing tour.
She added: "I don’t know how he is going to do it. I don’t know how we’re going to do it. But we’re going to get through it." Just last week, Timberlake found himself entangled in a tricky predicament.
According to a tip-off to People, the "Rock Your Body" artist was driving from the American Hotel to visit a friend when the flashing lights of a police car pulled him over in Sag Harbor, New York. By 11 a.m. local time, the pop star had already faced the judge for his arraignment and was back on the streets.
But this isn't the end of the Grammy winner's legal woes—he's got a date with the courtroom on Friday, July 26th to address that DWI charge.
According to another insider who sat down with People, Timberlake appeared in court last week accompanied by his lawyer and two other individuals.
He was handcuffed with his hands in front and sported a laid-back outfit consisting of a "black bowling shirt, light jeans, and a pair of white and baby blue Air Force 1s." The source noted that he seemed somewhat distressed, and that his wife "Jessica was not with him."
During his Chicago performance over the weekend, Timberlake took a moment to chat with the audience about the recent legal drama. "It’s been a tough week, but you’re here and I’m here, and nothing can change this moment right now," the musician said to the concertgoers.
His attorney has made it clear that they're gearing up for a battle, telling TMZ he intends to defend the Timberlake "vigorously" with unwavering determination.
