In an intriguing TikTok video last week, Biel shared a little-known fact with her fans before her appearance on the red carpet. While wearing a pristine white bathrobe, she disclosed that her pre-Met Gala ritual involves indulging in an Epsom salt bath to get herself prepared.
"I know some people like to party before the Met Ball and party all weekend and all the things, and I have total respect for that. But this is what I do to get ready for Met Ball," Biel confessed.
She then showed off 5 individual bags of Epsom salt, totaling 20 pounds, and poured them all into the bath. She added: "With water as hot as you can take it, have a 30-minute soak the night before. Then drink tons of water, and off to bed early."
