Jessica Simpson Lists Mansion In Hidden Hills For $17.9M
The 13,274-square-foot mansion, which the married couple have owned since 2013, was reportedly listed for $17.9M on January 11th. According to People and The Sun, it boasts seven bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a home theatre, a chef's kitchen, and a garage for four cars. It also features two swimming pools, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, and a BBQ island.
As per The Sun, some of the description reads: "The family room is a true sanctuary, with oversized sliding barn doors, a fireplace adorned with reclaimed brick, and beamed vaulted ceilings that create an inviting and relaxing ambiance."
The couple previously tried to sell the mansion, which Simpson purchased from Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne for $11.5M, in September 2023 for $22M. It was removed in August 2024 due to lack of interest. Will the new, lower price attract some potential buyers? Only time will tell!

The relisting of the mansion occurred just three days before the Dukes of Hazzard actress finally revealed that she and Johnson would be going their separate ways.
"Eric and I have been living separately navigating a painful situation in our marriage," Simpson said in a statement, as per People.
"Our children come first, and we are focusing on what is best for them," she continued, adding: "We are grateful for all of the love and support that has been coming our way, and appreciate privacy right now as we work through this as a family."
