Fans Call Jessica Simpson A ‘Natural Beauty’ After She Posts A Makeup-Free Selfie On Instagram: ‘Flawless!’

Jessica Simpson impressed her Instagram followers last week with a new black-and-white selfie that appeared to be makeup-free, earning numerous compliments on her clear skin and glowing appearance.

On November 8th, the “I Wanna Love You Forever” singer, 44, captioned the upload for her 6.3 million followers: “This morning I allowed God in my head before I got into it. Smilin’ with joy is a choice.” Fans headed to the comments section to share their thoughts. 

“You always held the crown, kind soul and naturally attractive. Go Jessica Simpson!” one gushed as another added: “Natural beauty and smiling and let us the Jessibirds know your very soon coming new music.” Someone else chimed in: “Very beautiful.”

Some commenters hinted at ongoing plastic surgery rumors surrounding Simpson while others praised her “natural beauty” and “beautiful smile.” There were also many fans who asked the “With You” artist to release “new music,” and it seems their wishes will soon be granted, as noted by her follow-up IG post on November 11th!

That day, Simpson shared a photo collection post with shots of herself in her  “Nashville music room” while sitting in an orange chair and donning a boho-chic outfit. The vocalist and fashion designer rocked a furry black coat reminiscent of a 70s rockstar, a white floral dress beneath it, over-the-knee black heeled boots and a chunky statement necklace.

The “Irresistible” crooner wrote in her caption: “Interviews in my Nashville music room where I unearthed my singular magic. This comeback is personal, it’s an apology to myself for putting up with everything I did not deserve.” This mysterious upload comes roughly 16 years after her last album release.

Since rising to pop fame as a teen, Simpson, who has a son named Ace, 12, and two daughters, Birdie, 5, and Maxwell, 11, with her husband Eric Johnson, has produced seven studio albums. These include 1999’s Sweet Kisses, 2001’s Irresistible, 2003’s In This Skin, 2004’s ReJoyce: The Christmas Album, 2006’s A Public Affair, 2008’s Do You Know, and 2010’s Happy Christmas.
