Justin and Hailey were spotted in the pool room at the Hotel Rock Lititz in Lititz, Pennsylvania on Friday February 4th, and according to TMZ, onlookers said that they were acting “super goofy and romantic” while they were playing pool and hanging out with some friends.

Perhaps the most jaw-dropping moment happened when the 27-year-old “Peaches” singer slapped the 25-year-old model‘s butt, and the reaction of everyone else in the room was reportedly quite priceless! We would have given anything to have been a fly on that wall! But since we weren’t, the video which a very diligent onlooker shared with TMZ is definitely the next best thing, as we can see the whole thing happening right before our very eyes. The Biebers are apparently in Pennsylvania as the “Yummy” singer is said to be recording brand new music with the Clair Brothers, which sounds pretty exciting! According to reports, the venue where Justin will be recording his music is considered to be one of the greatest rehearsal spaces in the world, with everyone from Beyoncé to Taylor Swift to Elton John to Billy Joel previously recording there.
