Justin Bieber and Hailey Bieber have been in the news recently for sending a cease-and-desist letter to Dr. Daniel Barrett, a plastic surgeon who is popular on TikTok. Barrett recently featured Hailey in one of his videos, as he guessed what work the model might have had done.

In the video, Barrett compares two pictures of Hailey--one from 2011 and one from 2016. Analyzing the differences in the pictures, the plastic surgeon guesses the surgeries she might have had a nose job as well as a genioplasty. He also thinks she got lip fillers.
Dr. Barrett explains, "I think it's physically impossible--without getting a little bit of help from someone like myself--to go from this picture to that picture."
According to TMZ, the letter accused Dr, Barret of using Hailey's name, image, and likeness without permission to promote his practice. The letter also alleges that the doctor "spread false, uncorroborated claims that Mrs. Bieber has undergone plastic surgery."
The A-listers' legal team claims that the video is an example of "misrepresentation, defamation, slander, false light, violation of rights of publicity, copyright infringement, trademark and service mark infringement."
Dr. Barrett has refused to take the video down, saying that he will deal with the legal ramifications.
