Justin Bieber posted a video of himself rapping about being “high” on Tuesday, February 25th, shortly after his rep issued a statement to shut down the “harmful” allegations that he was abusing drugs.
If you recall, the 30-year-old dad-of-one most recently caused concern from fans after some videos (including this TikTok) of him acting strangely at his wife Hailey Bieber‘s Rhode popup event went viral on social media. “What’s going on with Justin Bieber?” asked one concerned fan in the comments. “Yea, he’s definitely using. So sad,” wrote a second, as a third added: “This is so hard to watch. Someone help him.”
The “Peaches” singer has also caused concern due to his frail and gaunt appearance, with many fans claiming they don’t even recognize him anymore. Following fans’ concern, Bieber’s rep issued a statement to TMZ to shut down the substance abuse allegations. The rep said it was “exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive.”

However, just one day after his rep issued the above statement, the "Beauty and a Beat" singer posted a video to Instagram (check it out here) that made fans believe the statement wasn't strictly true.
The Instagram video shows a shirtless Bieber wearing low-rise khaki pants with white Calvin Klein underwear, and a dark-colored beanie hat. It features him rapping about being "high" while eating a bag of popcorn, while a friend is smoking a cigarette beside him. The two-time Grammy winner raps: "I fly high like a fly guy, I fly high like a magpie, I go high like a bad guy."
The video comes shortly after insiders claimed that Hailey Bieber's friends had urged her to consider leaving the "Stuck With U" singer, as his behavior was becoming "unacceptable" and he was a "loose cannon." The insider said at the time: "Hailey's been struggling with Justin almost since the start of the marriage. She loves him madly but he's a loose cannon. Some of Hailey's friends have advised her to leave him."

"No one should be supporting this, especially cause he is a father now," wrote another concerned fan, as someone else said: "He doesn't blink at all in this video, he is on hard drugs and completely out of it. People on this board are in denial and won't admit that Justin needs help."
