According to OK!, Justin has recently agreed to an infidelity clause in an effort to show his commitment to his wife and their family.
According to the source, this "midterm agreement" stipulates that if Timberlake was to cheat, Jessica would get the majority of their assets and primary custody of their children.
The insider explained, "If Justin was stupid enough to mess up, he’d make sure Jess had everything and more, but he says it’ll never come to that."
Although Timberlake has never admitted to cheating, this move is meant to reassure his wife of his intentions to stay faithful.
The source told OK!, "He’s adamant that he never cheated, but this is another good way of reaffirming his commitment toward her."
The family friend added, "Justin’s 100 percent confident that they’ve come out stronger from the horrible experience he put them through."
"However," the source continues, "Jess is still calling all the shots for now, and Justin’s fine with that. He knows how lucky he is that she’s still with him."
When the pictures of Justin and his co-star were first leaked, the singer did comment on the photos, calling them a "lapse in judgment."
Since then, however, it seems that Timberlake has done his best to show loyalty to his wife. On her birthday, he wrote a sweet message to her, writing, "You are the mostest of the mostest, my love! I adore you."
