Justin Timberlake And Jessica Biel Have Reportedly Been 'Over For Months'
According to reports, nobody will be shocked when (when, not if!) the "Cry Me a River" singer, 44, and the Candy actress, 43, announce their divorce, as their marriage has actually been "over" for quite a while. And a large part of it is related to the "SexyBack" singer's behavior, including his DWI, previous cheating allegations, and more.
"Justin and Jessica have been over for months, ever since his DWI arrest," an insider spilled to RadarOnline, adding: "She just got sick of him, and they've been leading separate lives for months."
Timberlake was arrested in June 2024 in Sag Harbor, New York, after reportedly running a stop sign and failing a field sobriety test. He was charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two traffic violations. The incident made headlines, unsurprisingly, and it was yet another blow to not just to his image – which was already suffering after ex Britney Spears' memoir, The Woman in Me, came out – but also to his marriage.

"Everyone in showbiz knows it, and the official divorce papers are going to be filed soon" the insider continued. "It's the worst-kept secret in showbiz, and nobody in Hollywood is going to be surprised by this. It's already old news," they added.
So when will Justin and Jessica, who share two children together, announce their allegedly-imminent divorce? According to those in the know, Jessica is waiting for her husband to finish the European leg of his Forget Tomorrow world tour, which will be on July 30th, before taking the next steps and making things official.
"When Justin gets back to L.A., there's a serious conversation waiting for him," the insider predicted. They also noted: "It's the culmination of years of tension, growing distance, and separate lives. Things between them feel really tense at the moment. They're heading in completely different directions."
"Jessica just wants to make things formal and work out a statement to stress it was amicable and mutual – even though it's very much been one-sided and it's her decision to end things," they concluded.
