In since-deleted screenshots from the rapper’s Instagram account, a person listed in West’s phone as ‘Kim Other Phone’ wrote, “U are creating a dangerous and scary environment and someone will hurt Pete and this will all be your fault.” Alongside this message, Ye penned the caption, “UPON MY WIFE’S REQUEST PLEASE NOBODY DO ANYTHING PHYSICAL TO SKETE IM GOING TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION MYSELF.”
After posting the screenshot to his Instagram, Ye later returned to share another text from Kardashian. This time, the Skim’s founder wrote, “Why can’t you keep any of our conversations private ???” With West responding, “Cause I got a text from my favorite person in the world I’m your number one fan why wouldn’t I tell everyone!!!!”
This was not the first time that West made a public announcement airing his and Kardashian’s personal business, and after her Vogue cover story was released he shared images from the shoot with his children, begging “God please bring our family back together.”
While for a brief time it seemed that the rapper had moved on from his ex with new girlfriend Julia Fox, the pair have since called it quits, with the timeline seemingly alongside when West posted the screenshots from Kardashian. The 44-year-old even admitted that on Valentine’s Day he sent his ex a truckload of roses, indicating he’s anything but moved on from his wife of nearly seven years.
West’s Instagram has since been scrubbed of any evidence of his previous posts, but it’s clear things are still messy between him and the Kardashian’s who have all since unfollowed him.
