Kate Middleton has always done her best to represent British fashion – and she has done so once again by wearing a chic checkered coat from quintessential British brand, Burberry, during a day of charity engagements in Scotland on November 2nd. Will she ever put a sartorial foot wrong? We wouldn’t count on it!
Kate Middleton's Day Of Engagements In Scotland
The Prince and Princess of Wales, who are known as the Duke and Duchess of Rothesay in Scotland, spent the day in Burghead, Moray, and Inverness and met with organizations supporting the local rural communities.
One of their stops included the award-winning Outfit Moray charity, which offers young people in the area accessible and affordable outdoor learning workshops. The Prince and Princess of Wales joined the Outfit Moray team at Burghead Primary School and learned more about some of the outdoor activities the organization provides. They also saw a mountain bike session in action, and met with some of the children who have been helped by the charity.
Kate Middleton Wraps Up In Chic Quilted Burberry Coat
For her day of engagements, the mom-of-three wrapped up in a chic hunter green Burberry checkered diamond quilted coat, which understandably commanded the most attention. Underneath her coat, she wore a Polo Ralph Lauren chunky wool sweater, some dark colored Mother Denim 'Weekender' mid-rise flare jeans (the official color is 'deep end' for any copy-Kates out there) and chocolate brown Ba&sh 'Codalie' Chelsea boots.
The Princess of Wales dressed perfectly for the cold weather, as she still managed to look effortlessly chic while keeping out the chill at the same time! She finished off her outfit with some Spells of Love garnet charm hoop earrings, which could be seen peeking through her brunette locks. Her hair was worn in its signature voluminous, bouncy, and curly down do, with her new French girl bangs looking chicer than ever!
