Kate Middleton looked as chic as ever while promoting a project dear to her heart, the Business Taskforce for Early Childhood. The royal family member and style icon, 41, headed to a meeting in London while donning a crisp, cream Alexander McQueen blazer, an ivory scoop-neck tee underneath, black straight-leg trousers and sleek black pumps.
The mom of three accessorized her get-up with the help of a thick black belt with a gold buckle around her tiny waist and shimmering, chunky gold hoop earrings. Her standout blazer featured structured shoulder details, a central button, three buttons on each sleeve and one pocket on each side— classy and functional!
The Princess of Wales appeared at NatWest bank’s London headquarters for the first meeting of her new Business Taskforce for Early Childhood and gave a speech about the next step of her campaign, and her endeavor’s mission. She wore her long, chestnut tresses down, parted to the side and styled into her signature voluminous blowout.
In her speech, Princess Kate said, “This is not just about supporting children in the earliest years of their lives. It is also about building healthy communities in which they can grow. Because the healthy development of our children relies on healthy adults. So this is why we all have a part to play.” She went on, “And that is why I’m standing here in front of you, to ask you, some of Britain’s most influential business leaders, for your support in helping create the societal change that is needed.”
The royal added, “I have spoken before about the need to make early childhood the societal equivalent of climate change. In the way that the business world has embraced the net zero target to protect our environmental ecosystems, you also have an important role to play in ensuring that our social ecosystems are protected too. Your business organizations are living examples of these social ecosystems, so building healthy environments both in and out of the workplace is fundamental.”
