Kate Middleton’s latest outfit is making us count down the days to the official start of summer! The Duchess of Cambridge, 40, looked breath-taking when she attended a royal garden party at Buckingham Palace on Wednesday, May 18th, wearing a coral-hued ensemble that made everyone long for warmer and brighter days!
The Duchess was joined by Prince Edward, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, and Queen Elizabeth’s cousin Princess Alexandra at what was her first garden party since 2019; so we’re not surprised to see that she wanted to make up for lost time and make a statement with her outfit! Mission accomplished, of course!
The mom-of-three's gorgeous coral ensemble consisted of a chic, tailored Emilia Wickstead fit-and-flare blazer midi dress, which she teamed with a matching Jane Taylor fascinator (she also wore it for Trooping the Color back in 2017 – we love her recycled pieces!) and matching suede heels.
Her vibrant look wasn’t completely monochrome though, as she went for a white embellished clutch to mix things up. And as far as her hairstyle was concerned, the Duchess kept things chic and went for an elegant low bun, which allowed her delicate drop earrings to be seen. She also kept her makeup dewy, glowy, and natural; perfect for enjoying the sun at a summer garden party!
