Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s engagement interview from 2010 is still being talked about almost 15 years later.
This time, it isn’t the now Princess of Wales’ nervousness that is getting attention, but rather the way in which she spoke about her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

In the viral interview, the brunette beauty was asked about the former Princess of Wales, and replied: "I would love to have met her." She added: "She's obviously an inspirational woman to look up to."
And look up to her she has! The TikTok video not only featured a snippet of the engagement interview, but it also shared side by side images of the old and new Princess of Wales in similar outfits, to prove that Kate Middleton really has taken inspiration from her late mother-in-law.
Prince William made it clear that there was no pressure for his bride to be the "next Diana," and said: "No one is trying to fill my mother's shoes. It's about carving your own future and your own destiny, and Kate will do a very good job at that."

When asked what Princess Diana would have thought of the former Suits actress, Prince Harry said: "Oh they'd be thick as thieves, without question. I think she would be over the moon, jumping up and down, you know so excited for me, but then, as I said, would have probably been best friends with Meghan."
