The internet is bringing up a lot of things from Kate Middleton‘s past at the moment. We recently learned that the late Queen Elizabeth II urged Kate to “get a proper job” when she was dating Prince William, before they officially became engaged – and now some pictures of the Princess of Wales’ pre-royal life have resurfaced too. And the contrast is quite remarkable!
Pictures From Kate Middleton's 'Party Girl Era' Resurface
Kate Middleton, 41, may be the future queen of England – but once upon a time, she was just a normal girl who regularly liked letting her hair down and enjoying a party or two with her friends. And it’s that period of her life which has got social media's attention, as some pictures of her during what has been described as her "party girl era" have found themselves on TikTok.
The TikTok account @l0velycatherine posted a seven-second video simply titled "party girl era," featuring pictures of the mom-of-three heading to and then also leaving London club Mahiki with her younger sister Pippa Middleton back in 2007. She is wearing something we would *never* see her wear in the present day – a grey and gold scarf print dress with a plunging front, accessorized with a layered necklace. Her hair is still worn in its signature curly down do though, although it looks a little curlier than the way she currently wears it. We've always been in awe of her hair!
Fan Comments
And as with most things on TikTok, there were a lot of thoughts in the comments section! One user said, "I'm so glad they got to have so much fun while they were young," which another echoed, writing, "She was always beautiful even as a teenager glad she enjoyed those years," followed by the face with hearts emoji.
Many others said they adored that time of Kate's life. "Love that era," gushed one fan, as another wrote, "She was living it up." "This era ate so hard," commented another fan, while another noted how great her hair was, with one writing, "her hair," followed by a heart eyes emoji, and another agreeing that it was "always perfect."
