The Wales Family Take A Break In Sandringham
According to The Daily Mail, a friend of Kate's reportedly told the outlet that she is "recovering well" from the abdominal surgery, and has even joined husband Prince William and their three children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, for a half-term break on the royals' Sandringham estate in Norfolk.
"Catherine is recovering well. She was looking forward to a change of scene and will be able to take it easy in Norfolk while the children let off steam with William," the friend said.
King Charles and Queen Camilla are also at the Sandringham estate, where the King will be recovering between treatments for a currently undisclosed form of cancer. He was spotted for the first time since revealing his cancer diagnosis on Sunday, February 11th, while he and Camilla were on their way to a church service at St. Mary Magdalene Church. The King was looking well, and even smiled and waved to photographers.
Kate Middleton Is Reportedly 'Terribly Concerned' About How William Is Coping With Her And King Charles' Health Battles
Let's hope that the mom-of-three finds time to relax while she is in Sandringham, as it was recently reported that she is "terribly concerned" about the toll her health battle, as well as the King's cancer diagnosis, will have on her husband.
"Kate is worried about the psychical toll these twin medical battles are having on her husband," The King: The Life of Charles III author Christopher Andersen told Fox News Digital. "William is terribly concerned about Kate's condition – we still don't know what her abdominal surgery was for or why her recovery is taking months – and now he has to face the fact that his father has cancer. William has always made it clear that he wanted a full-fledged family life, and when Kate became incapacitated, he stepped in to play hands-on dad. He cut back on his schedule to drive the kids to school, the whole nine yards."
