Kate Middleton left onlookers in awe when she visited the town of Pontypridd in Wales just before St David’s Day. The Princess of Wales and style icon, 43, wore a vibrant Alexander McQueen coat in “Welsh Red,” a custom creation that honored the town affected by severe flooding due to Storm Bert and Storm Darragh back in December 2024.
The mother of three made this appearance earlier in the week on February 26th, accompanied by her husband, Prince William. To complete her look, she had a daffodil pinned to the sharp lapel of her coat, symbolizing the national flower of Wales.

As she strolled through the quaint town, Princess Kate (who shares son Prince George, 11, daughter Princess Charlotte, 9, and son Prince Louis, 6, with her husband William, 42) decided to shed her coat, unveiling the rest of her carefully curated outfit.
Underneath her coat, the longtime fan of Alexander McQueen sported a dark turtleneck and an olive green jacket, which she elegantly combined with a pleated wool checked skirt by Gucci. Kate finished off her stylish outfit by pairing it with brown suede boots from Gianvito Rossi.

To complement her attire, the royal family member adorned herself with gold teardrop hoop earrings, thoughtfully chosen from the Spells of Love collection, a renowned jewelry brand hailing from Wales. As for her glam, Kate wore her signature shiny chestnut tresses down, parted to the side and styled in a voluminous blowout.
Fans took to Instagram to share their thoughts on Princess Kate's ensemble, with one calling it "magical" and another saying she looked "classy and beautiful." Someone else noted that Kate is always "elegant" as one other commented, "she looks stunning." (We couldn't agree more!)
