She wore the 'Favourite Cut Jeans' from & Other Stories, which only cost $89, and an off-the-shoulder t-shirt from H&M, which has now sold out but only retailed for $34.95. As Kate's style has shown us, anyone can look at the top of their style game for as simple an outing as getting the COVID shot.
In many parts of the United Kingdom, all adults over the age of 18 are now eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine. In England, the vaccine is currenntly available to adults over 30, and the Duchess of Cambridge has made that cut as she is 39.
The vaccines in the United Kingdom all require two doses, with the second dose to be offered within 12 weeks. So we'll have to wait a few months to see what Kate will wear to her next appointment - though knowing her, it will be stunning. Especially since she has already proven how flawless she looks in a simple jeans and t-shirt outfit.
This isn't the first time Kate has dressed on the casual side. In April, the duchess opted for jeans when she made a visit to Manor Farm, and last year we spotted her in a pair of Zara jeans for a visit to Teagasc Research Farm.
Jeans don't often make an appearance in Kate's wardrobe, though. Her typical off-duty styling includes crepe or satin trousers, typically with a skinny leg and pleated structure.
And Kate isn't the only royal who has dressed in denim over the years. Jeans are actually not against royal protocol, as many casual styles like sleeveless tops tend to be.
Though the Queen has never been spotted in jeans, Kate Middleton's late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, was a fan of the look, as are Princesses Beatrices and Eugenie.
