Kate Middleton showed off her fitness skills recently as she attended a SportsAid event at the London Stadium. The event celebrated the role of parents and guardians in their kids’ sports lives, and the Duchess of Cambridge looked happy to join the fun.
The 38-year-old was willing to try her hand at the athletic events, participating in the sprinting segments and even throwing a few punches.

During the event, the royal made a speech, "For all of you here, you go, and have gone, above and beyond the call of duty; you’ve committed your time and devotion to nurturing your children’s exceptional talents."
The Duchess continued, relating to them as a parent herself, "And as a parent, I have a huge admiration for you and I know just how complex and time-consuming your role is.”
Although seeing Kate Middleton in such a sporty venue was nice, it was definitely a change of pace for the Duchess who typically sticks to less athletic events.
The Duchess has been in the public eye a lot recently, and she is now visiting Ireland with Prince William.
