So that's a little bit from my swimming I will say I am quite a good swimmer." Perry went on: "But seriously it's been a while since I have been on tour and by the time I go on tour it will be eight years." The pop star added: "So, I actually probably should go to the gym. The tour is going to be a dance party, and everyone is invited."
In October, Perry took to Instagram to share a glimpse into her diet before her AFL Grand Final performance in Australia. She mentioned she eats several eggs daily, choosing this protein-packed snack over less healthy alternatives. "I eat a lot of hard-boiled eggs because they are a great source of protein," she shared at the time.

In January 2024, Perry gushed about Bloom, and how his "clean" diet and health regimen inspires her. "[Orlando] definitely is very goal-minded about everything with the way he eats and works out," she told Women's Health.
Perry continued: "I'm probably one-fourth or one-fifth of what he is, so he is super dedicated and I'm more of a maintaining mother." The Grammy nominee detailed her diet, starting each day with water and apple cider vinegar, then celery juice.
Breakfast includes a banana or hard-boiled eggs. For lunch, she opts for protein with salad or soup. Dinner is usually grilled chicken with quinoa and asparagus, though she indulges in pasta once or twice weekly.
