Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have found a new family home in Montecito, California.
A real estate source told People that the couple, who welcomed their first daughter together, Daisy Dove, in August, purchased the home for $14 million–and it seems like the perfect home base for their growing family!
With six bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, and 8.9 acres of land, this home is the perfect place for the engaged couple to call home.
The location is ideal for Katy and Orlando too. The source explains, "Katy grew up in Santa Barbara and always loved it there. Orlando has come to love it as well. He always enjoyed Malibu, but finds Montecito even better since it's much more private."
And they couldn't find a better place to raise their daughter.
The source continues, "They agree that raising their little girl in Montecito will be amazing."
Plus, their new home has a view that cannot be beat.
The insider tells People, "They were looking for a house for a while before they put in an offer. They are very excited about their new house. It comes with a lot of history and a gorgeous ocean view."
With the space to grow, added benefit of privacy, and ocean views, it definitely seems like Katy and Orlando got the perfect home to start their lives together as parents to Daisy Dove.
