But, the "Wide Awake" singer is staying resilient and recently shared her strategies for navigating tough times during an appearance on Ryan Seacrest's radio show. She credited transcendental meditation for "changing" her life, adding, "Presidents, Fortune 500 people, all kinds of leaders, this is their number one tool."

Her one and only daughter she shares with actor Orlando Bloom also gives her the peace she has always been looking for, saying, "After my daughter was born, I found all the love I ever needed. All the love I was looking for, every view... I climbed every mountain before her... and I was looking for the view."
