Recently, she spilled the beans on Instagram about the upcoming season, promising visits to each judge’s hometown and even dished out five reasons why Santa Barbara has her heart.

In the video, she rocked a fabulous chocolate brown one-shoulder top with ribbed detailing that was just chef’s kiss. Her face was a masterpiece, featuring a matching brown matte lip, eyeshadow that could stop traffic, wispy lashes, and a contoured face that was practically a work of art.

To top it all off, she had her hair slicked down in a low ponytail cascading over one shoulder, and she jazzed up the look with some mini gold hoop earrings.

She captioned the post: “This season of #idol we visit each other’s hometowns and I think Santa Barbara is the best because…”

However, the fiancé of Orlando Bloom just recently dropped some major news. She freshly revealed that she’s bidding farewell to American Idol after seven seasons and that this season will be her last.

She gave her reason, saying on Jimmy Kimmel Live! during her announcement: “This fall, in September, I’m going to be doing this huge music festival in Brazil called Rock in Rio… so I think this will probably be my last season for ‘Idol.'”

“I mean, I love ‘Idol’ so much, it’s connected me with the heart of America, but I need to feel that pulse of my own beat,” she revealed. While she didn’t specifically mention a new album, she did say ‘maybe’ to some new music. There could always be a surprise up her sleeve!
