Kelly Clarkson has finally admitted to taking weight loss injections after losing more than 60 lbs. since her divorce from ex-husband Brandon Blackstock.

The 42-year-old Kelly Clarkson Show host – who previously told actor Kevin James that she was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and was at high risk of developing Type 2 diabetes – has been wowing fans with her epic weight loss transformation for many months now. And although fans have wondered whether she was one of the many A-listers taking weight loss injections such as Ozempic or Wegovy, to name just two, insiders close to her kept denying it.

If you’ll recall, the “Since U Been Gone” singer credited things like long walks in New York City, saunas, and cold plunges for her ever-shrinking frame, with no mention of weight loss injections. However, she candidly told Whoopi Goldberg earlier this week that she is in fact taking one of them as a way to help her “break down” the sugar.

Kelly Clarkson Admits To Taking Weight Loss Injections On Her Show

The “Mine” singer made the confession during an interview with Whoopi Goldberg on the Monday, May 13th episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, when the two ladies couldn’t help but talk about their slimmed-down figures.

Goldberg, 68, previously admitted to taking diabetic medication Mounjaro to help her lose weight, and once again sang its praises on Kelly’s show. The mom-of-two complimented the EGOT winner’s appearance when she sat down, saying: “Every time I run into you, you look younger! You’re like Benjamin Button. It’s like crazy every time you walk in.”

The Sister Act star told the "Stronger" singer that she probably looked younger because of her smaller frame, and revealed that she had lost the weight of “almost two people," as she weighed 300 lbs. prior to taking Mounjaro.

"I am doing that wonderful shot that works for folks who need some help, and it's been really good for me," Goldberg confessed, once again praising the weight loss injection.

Clarkson told The View co-host that she was 203 lbs. at her heaviest, before going on to confess that she too is taking one of the weight loss drugs on her doctor's recommendation.

"Mine is a different one than people assume," Clarkson confessed, in reference to Ozempic, "but I ended up having to do that too because my blood work got so bad." Clarkson went on to say that she was initially scared of using weight loss drugs due to their long list of potential side effects, but was pressured by her doctor to take them because of her pre-diabetic diagnosis.

"My doctor chased me for two years and I was like: 'No, I'm afraid of it. I already have thyroid problems,'" the "Because of You" hitmaker said. "I was afraid. Everybody thinks it's Ozempic, but it's not. It's something else," she continued, adding: "But it's something that aids in helping break down the sugar. Obviously, my body doesn't do it right."
