Kelly Clarkson made a stunning appearance at the 74th annual Emmy Awards in Los Angeles last week, rocking a glamorous, classic LBD! The “Since U Been Gone” hitmaker, 40, rocked a low-cut, floor-length, long-sleeved black gown by Gucci with pleated detailing and an overall draping, goddess-like fit. The Kelly Clarkson Show host attended the Microsoft Theater event and presented Zendaya with her historical ‘Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series’ with a smile, as her shimmering accessories shined in the stage lights.

Clarkson’s get-up was complete with a shiny Chanel belt cinched around her waist, layered statement necklaces and glistening mini hoop earrings by Maison Birks, and Zimmerman heels underneath her long dress. Clarkson wore her long, dirty-blonde tresses down, parted in the middle and styled straight for the event, rocking a classic red lip color, a black, cat-eye eyeliner wing, and rosy blush to top it all off.

The American Idol winner shared her ensemble in a post for her 6.1 million followers, and they can’t get enough! Clarkson uploaded two shots of herself standing in a grassy area (presumably her yard before heading off to the award show?) and gave fans a full look at her gown in all its chic glory. “Tonight’s look from the @televisionacad #EmmyAwards,” Clarkson wrote with a sparkle emoji as thousands of fans liked her post and hyped up her outfit in her comment section.

“The (talk show) hostess with the mostess,” wrote one user while another added, “Timeless. Gorgeous.” Another user commented, “You looked absolutely beautiful up there tonight Kelly! My jaw dropped when you walked out!” and we couldn’t agree more.
