Kelly Clarkson‘s divorce from husband Brandon Blackstock seems to be moving forward–and we are so devastated!
According to court docs, the couple are in agreement about issues pertaining to custody of their children, which just means that they are one step closer to reaching a divorce settlement. Say it ain’t so!
Brandon just responded to Kelly's petition for a divorce on July 21st with similar requests for joint physical and legal custody of their children amid the split.
The "Kelly Clarkson Show" host and music manager share two children, River Rose (6) a Remington Alexander (4). Clarkson is also step-mother to Blackstock's two children from a previous relationship.

The Blast is
that in the just-filed court docs, Blackstock's petition is similar to Clarkson's original filing. We were really hoping that these two would work it out!
In her petition, the "Stronger" singer requested that the couple's prenuptial agreement from their 2013 wedding be honored in the split. Additionally, she wants the court to deny any request on Blackstock's side for spousal support. Yikes!
