Kelly Osbourne showcased her slimmer figure and 85-pound weight loss at her 40th birthday celebration held at The Bird Streets Club in West Hollywood. Last week, the reality star wore a chic black corset dress with a strapless neckline that accentuated her curves.
The Fashion Police alum had earlier disclosed that she shed a significant amount of weight after giving birth to her son, Sidney, in November 2022. Addressing speculation, Osbourne clarified that she did not use Ozempic for her weight loss.

Osbourne opted for a non-invasive contouring treatment to firm the skin on several areas of her body, such as her abdomen and neck. Additionally, the Osbournes star recently revealed that she has shed 85 pounds since undergoing gastric bypass surgery in 2020.
For her big 4-0 celebration, Osbourne completed her get-up with a cute black bow tied in her blonde tresses that were styled in an elegant updo. She stepped out in black, pointed-toe heels to top off her monochromatic look.
Back in April, Osbourne addressed fan speculation that she used a weight loss drug to shed pounds. As she told Extra: "I know everybody thinks I took Ozempic. I did not take Ozempic. I don’t know where that came from." She clarified, regarding her mother Sharon Osbourne: "My mom took Ozempic."
Kelly noted: "I had gestational diabetes, and I had to lose the weight that I had gained during pregnancy, otherwise I was at a higher risk of actually getting diabetes, which I did not want. I cut out sugar and carbohydrates, and I rapidly lost weight."
She also divulged more about her sculpting procedure. "I had the baby, and my stomach got so many stretch marks, and the skin, it looks like it lost its elasticity," she said. As for her 2020 gastric bypass surgery, Kelly discussed this during her 2022 Hollywood Raw podcast appearance.
At the time, she shared: "I had surgery; I don’t give a f--- what anyone has to say. I did it, I’m proud of it.... I did the gastric sleeve. All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago. I will never, ever, ever lie about it, ever. It is the best thing I have ever done."
Kelly also revealed that she underwent "stand-alone therapy" for a year before the surgery. The mom of one (who shares her son with partner, Slipknot DJ Sid Wilson) explained that the operation eliminates a hormone linked to addiction, reducing cravings and preventing emotional eating—an issue she struggled with significantly.
"All it is, is a push in the right direction. It doesn’t solve all your problems. It’s not a quick fix," Kelly stressed. Since then, Kelly has also been candid with fans about having small cosmetic procedures and Botox.
