Kelly Osbourne has been showing off her impressive 85-pound weight loss, and she opened up about exactly how she achieved her transformed physique.

The 36-year-old first spoke up about her weight loss journey this summer during an episode of the “Hollywood Raw” podcast, revealing exactly what she did in order to make the change, including therapy and surgery.

And since then she has been showing off just how happy and confident she feels on Instagram.

The star recently posted a photo on her Instagram stories, very happy about her new makeup-free look. She captioned the story, "I never thought I would say this but I'm starting to like the way I look without makeup on even better!"

Although Kelly did not mention her weight loss directly, the star has been feeling more confident since losing weight, calling it "the best thing" she's ever done.

During the podcast interview, Osbourne said that her 2018 surgery was "the best thing [she has] ever done."

She explained, "I had surgery. I did it, I’m proud of it… I did the gastric sleeve."

"All it does is change the shape of your stomach. I got that almost two years ago. I will never ever lie about it ever. It is the best thing I have ever done," she said.

Kelly clarified, "I want to be very clear about this kind of surgery I had. I didn’t have a gastric bypass. The kind of surgery I had… if you don’t work out and you don’t eat right, you gain weight. All it does is move you in the right direction."

She added, "It doesn’t solve all your problems. It’s not a quick fix."

Besides the gastric sleeve surgery, Kelly also did therapy to achieve a healthier relationship with food.

"The number one thing I had to do was get happy," she explained. "I had to fix my head before I could fix my body. You can never go into this if you’re not in a good mindset."

We're so happy that she feels better now!
