Kelly Ripa and husband Mark Consuelos just shared a very revealing bedroom selfie–and we can’t imagine how their poor kids must be feel!
The parents to Michael, 23, Lola, 19, and Joaquin, 17, took to Instagram to share a shirtless selfie from the comfort of their own bed on October 14th. Not something you want to see on your parents’ social accounts!

The snap, which has since garnered over 87K likes, is actually a throwback Ripa revealed.
"One year ago and still a full #humpday #mood," the "Live with Kelly and Ryan" host captioned the post, adding that her fit hubby actually eats PB&J yet still somehow has washboard abs. Not fair!

If you recall, Lola has referred to her mom's "thirst trap" snaps as "disgusting."
Kelly revealed on "Live" that Lola had even had unfollowed her mom out of protest of the shots--something that Lola denies.

But you can't blame the couple; Kelly and Mark are currently living apart for four months while the actor shoots "Riverdale" in Vancouver, Canada.
The TV host even had to spend her 50th birthday alone on October 2nd! Say it ain't so. Well, at least they always have this steamy boudoir shoot to look back on.
