After first being linked in 2020, Kendall Jenner and Devin Booker have called it quits.
A source exclusively told Us Weekly that the pair wants to “figure out if a future together is what’s meant to be” and that they’ve decided to “take this time to focus on themselves.” According to the insider, “Kourtney’s wedding really put things into perspective.” Apparently, the model and NBA player ended their relationship after Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker tied the knot in Portofino, Italy in May.
Additionally, Entertainment Tonight also reports that “Kendall feels like they’re on different paths.” An insider mentioned that the 26-year-old 818 Tequila founder and 25-year-old athlete “have had discussions about their future but they are not on the same page.” Despite the split, the Us Weekly source said that Jenner and Booker are “still super amicable and supportive of each other.”
As of this writing, neither Kendall nor Devin has released a statement about the breakup. Understandably so, both have always been pretty low-key regarding their relationship. In fact, a Keeping Up With The Kardashians producer once revealed to E! News that Kendall has always had a “rule” when it comes to sharing her love life on the show.
Executive producer Farnaz Farjam explained, “Kendall’s always had this rule, which she felt like she had to be with someone for at least a year before she lets them be a part of the show and in the show. Because she doesn’t always know what people’s intentions are. So that’s why we kind of kept her personal life out of it, just because she had a rule.”
In a KUWTK reunion last year, Kendall shared, “No offense to my older sisters at all, but I think that Kylie and I specifically have had the opportunity to watch our older sisters go through marriages and relationships and breakups and do them pretty publicly. It was a personal preference from a really young age.…I think it makes my life a lot easier and our relationship a lot better, to be honest. I just feel like it’s a private matter and not for anybody else to judge or know.”
We couldn’t agree more, Kendall!
