Kendall Jenner, 26, touched fans by opening up about her struggle with anxiety, and her vulnerability and openness to speak about mental health is being hailed as “important” on social media. Earlier this week, the supermodel shared a video of her backyard and added a message for her 229 million Instagram followers.
“Happy Monday y’all!” the supermodel wrote in the caption. “My anxiety (especially social anxiety) has been on 100 lately. I’ve come to a place where I don’t feel bad about it,” she continued. “I love my space and my alone time. I am finding ways to help me start my day off with a calmer, more positive mindset. That being said, I wanted to just spread some good vibes.”

The reality star then sweetly shared tips for her fans that she found helpful for starting her day off and easing stress in the hopes that it would help them too. She listed the following tips, explaining that she practiced “10 deep inhales/exhales before even touching my phone,” that she “went in my yard and journaled,” then “wrote down all the things i’m looking forward to today/this month,” next, “expressed gratitude for all of my blessings,” ” took in the sun,” and lastly, “had my tea and practiced some more deep breathing.”
She then encouraged her followers to give the bulleted list of suggests a try. “I’m optimistic about my day ahead and you should be too! love you!” she added. The post itself garnered over 8.9 million views with fans expressing their gratitude for her advice in their comments.
